Finally managed to track one of these down and as yet I still do not have a boxed version. This is the Joytech Smart Card adaptor for use with the collectable Smart Card series. It plugs into the memory card slot of the PlayStation and allows you to use the credit card style memory cards like normal cards. Would still liked a boxed version though.
